Acceptable use
MoodWeathr is a simple public mood pulse. Please use it as intended: tap your mood, see the world’s mood, share if you like. Don’t automate check-ins, scrape the site, flood the system, or otherwise abuse the check-in mechanism. Don’t use MoodWeathr to harass, mislead, or distribute harmful content. We reserve the right to block or throttle activity that looks automated or abusive.
No warranty / limitation of liability
MoodWeathr is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the numbers honest and the site running, but we can’t guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that the global mood will match your personal mood. To the fullest extent allowed by law, MoodWeathr and its operators won’t be liable for any damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.
Not for children under 13
MoodWeathr is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child under 13 has used the service in a way that concerns you, please contact us.

We collect very little, and we handle it carefully. For details on what we collect, how we use it, and your rights, see the Privacy page.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, the updated date will change and the new terms will apply to continued use of the site.
